How do you ensure the chocolates don't melt during shipping?
We utilize specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and frozen gel packs, to ensure your chocolates arrive in pristine condition regardless of the climate.
Are Vosges Haut-Chocolat products gluten-free?
Many of our chocolates are naturally gluten-free; however, all our products are crafted in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, and nuts. Please refer to the specific ingredients list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
What is the shelf life of your truffles?
Our exotic truffles are made with fresh cream and high-quality ingredients. For the best tasting experience, we recommend enjoying them within two weeks of receipt, or storing them in a cool, dry place.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add a complimentary gift message during the checkout process. We will print your message on a beautiful enclosure card to accompany your chocolate collection.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Due to the perishable nature of our products and customs regulations, we are unable to ship to other international destinations at this time.
What is your return policy for food items?
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours for a replacement or resolution.
