Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolate collections, we are unable to accept physical returns; however, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every haut-chocolat experience. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our rigorous quality standards, please contact our Concierge team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Return Process
