If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our rigorous quality standards, please contact our Concierge team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Upon arrival, carefully examine your chocolate parcels for any signs of transit damage or temperature-related issues such as blooming.

Capture clear photographs of the product and the original shipping packaging to help our quality assurance team identify the cause of the concern.
